• Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €100.00.
• Return costs are for your own account. You can register returns via this link .
• Shipping outside the Netherlands, shipping costs differ per country. Shipping costs are visible at checkout. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
• Orders will be shipped within 24 hours.

Returns conditions

• Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
• Please return the item unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging and with the tag attached.
• If the products are worn, washed, damaged or dirty or are not in the original packaging, the purchase price will not be refunded.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns

• Please return the item unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging with the correct barcode and product name and with the tag attached.
• For sustainability reasons, we would like to reuse the original packaging more often, so please handle it with care.
• Returns within 14 days after receiving the item.
• The purchase amount will be transferred to you within 2 weeks of receipt.

Wrong address

If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier and therefore not delivered, the shipment will be returned to our distribution center. Costs for resending will be borne by the customer.

Uncollected orders

Shipments sent to a service point and not picked up will be returned to our distribution center. Costs for resending will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are for your own account. Items from different orders may be returned in a combined return order. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Humble & Firm.

To make use of this right, you can use it to register a return via the website. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the returned product has already been received in good order. If the product is not in the correct packaging or the packaging is damaged, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.
